- Your point is well taken. PC Computing this month likens access to the
- web as driving to the mall at 90 MPH only to wait in line at the check-
- out counter. I am usually doing nothing on my PC as I watch the
- modem lights stop for 15-20 seconds, then start again...and this
- repeats itself. Perhaps it is nothing to do with my system but
- I wondered if tweaking the RWIN settings in the Registry might help...
